We understand sometimes purchases just don’t work out, which is why we are proud to offer refunds or store credit for our full priced items, and items purchased using ambassador codes.
Please note, products purchased as part of a site promotion or discount, including our Sale Page are unable to be returned for refund, but we are happy to offer store credit (unless deemed faulty).
Items purchased as part of a Warehouse Sale are final sale only and are unable to be returned (unless deemed faulty).
Any refunds or exchanges for store credit must be applied for within 30 days of purchase (or within 30 days of package delivery for online orders).
All refunds will be made by way of the original payment method.
Applying for a refund or store credit
Should you wish to apply for a refund or store credit, please ensure any items you are returning meet the following requirements:
Based on the above criteria being met, we will endeavor to assess and action your request within three business days, from the time of receiving your package. During this time, you will be notified as to whether a refund or exchange for store credit will be processed.
Should requirements not be met, Maria Valentina reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund. In this instance product/s will be returned to you.
We aim to make this process a seamless experience and have you back in your favourite Maria Valentina product again as soon as possible.
